It's nothing everyone doesn't already know, but ICE/CBP guys know they can do whatever they want. They're the absolute dregs of the Violence Worker Community, not trained for anything like what they're doing, out of their depth, all that. But it starts with them knowing they won't face consequences.

hey man, cool thoughtful post. You've really given everyone something to think about. Just a question: where does Jan 6 fit into your definition of pro-democracy?
The pro-democracy movement needs to include factions which we disagree with vehemently on all other matters.
That’s the point of a pro-democracy movement—we aren’t aligned on the direction of our society, but we all agree we should have a right to contest it freely and fairly.
