Twitter's infamous gcLaborista, limerickist, and generally unpleasant shítstirrer.
The Mikeno apparently hasn't moved for some hours according to the tracker. One can't say what has happened to it. The last report from the Marinette indicated the captain believed he was the last boat and was continuing on course.

How long will it take until California secedes?

It could then impose tariffs on the Trump regime.

Trump has never shown any regard for personal loyalty, given the frequency he has dumped appointees. So you can argue that it's always their fault & Trump consistantly makes bad appointments or he doesn't care about loyalty. Lose-lose.

Trump's choice of VP may have been a pre-emptive move to render the use of Amendment 25.4 unacceptible to the political forces opposing him.

"Seen the incumbent?"

Can you remind me who that is again?

.

Perhaps recumbent?

Last presidential election I learned that a lot of people can't smell skunks.

loss of autonomy, ghettoization, dehumanization, hostage taking, routine torture (also with sexual assault) and now full-blown genocide, 50k civilians. In 2018 during the Gazan protests the IOF with no threat to their lives killed and maimed 1000s. Don't try your sad whataboutism. Look at the scale.

Scale is important. We usually don't waste time on the crimes of the Marquis when looking at what happened in France under the Nazis during WW2. That was only four years. Palestine has suffered under Israel for 76 years, starting with ethnic cleansing, massacres & land theft, moving on to …

A unilateral release of hostages! The reason for taking the Oct 7 hostages was plainly as a bargaining chip for #Israel to release the 1000s of #Palestinians in Israeli jails. Israel could've had them before Xmas but that's not in their interest: they want to keep them in Gaza to justify genocide.

Shark jumping? What, when Stuart's finally come round to thinking Kate's the right stuff, while Grace Penn is tearing strips off her? Hal living vicariously thinks she can do it. So do we all and want to see her succeed. In my mind it's on track.

Democracy's the best thing since sliced cheese, but the forces that militate against its success are overpowering. Even our own political institutions are against us, perpetuating themselves at the cost of doing what's best for society. How do we pick democracy up if we are the unwitting impediment?

with our one little vote? We'd have to unlearn our poor intellectual education, fight our training that wants us to deprecate politics, cut thru political taboos against knowing what's going on, procure reliable news, avoid manipulation, & overcome all our biases we stumble over daily. /6

We are born into this system & told it's great by our institutions, beside being told what's important about most aspects in our lives. That's what our general education does for us. How do we overcome our social & intellectual training to have the headspace to make informed political decisions /5

from the democratic process, having to go thru the daily struggle of working, raising a family & dealing with the vicissitudes life throws our way. So wound up, we prefer to veg out after the daily grind & leave democracy to those who have the time, ie it's no longer democracy, but don't blame us./4

We can't expect to grasp all the intricacies of modern economics, foreign affairs, social forces, science, education praxis, etc., & all the issues we have to boil down to choosing who to vote for. It's a very blunt instrument at best, even if we were up to all the issues. But most are alienated /3
