La bretxa digital no és que una persona major no sàpiga gestionar un tràmit per carpeta ciutadana (que ja és fort), és que un professional ( pagès/a, llibreter/a, carnisser/a, etc) hagi d’incorporar uns processos que no tenen a veure amb la seva activitat i que és la feina de l’administració
