Photo taken at Fforestganol - South Wales The blue tit is a very small, acrobatic, and brightly coloured bird often seen in gardens, particularly around feeders. It is about 10–12 cm long (slightly larger than a golf ball) with a mix of blue, yellow, white, and green plumage. The male chaffinch is a small, colourful garden bird, similar in size to a Robin (roughly 14-16 cm long). It is often identified by its striking, contrasting colours: a blue-grey crown and neck, a bright, rusty-pink breast, and a brownish back.

A repeat post, but fitting for the #birdoftheday theme of #oddcouples.
Although it would seem the coyote was hunting the birds, it showed no interest in them. Instead it grabbed a large fish and ran away to eat it.

In a small pond egrets, blue heron and a coyote hunt for fish. The coyote steered clear of the birds, and while they kept an eye on the canine, they were generally not concerned that it would harm them. Eventually, the coyote caught a large fish and ran into a nearby field to eat it
