I'm coming off of comforting a friend who was treated in an abysmal, fatphobic, performative equality, more enlightened than thou sort of way recently to the point where they have bruises.

They were apparently too cringe for the space through no fault of their own.

I mean, I kind of like them.

They aren't perfect, and there are absolutely some problems, but I honestly wish people would be more comfortable with imperfect advocacy instead of going knives out on their allies.

I'm happy to fight alongside people who inspire eye rolling from me.

Like, are they just not able to hold their evil because it's so important to them that they don't have it even though they do? Like, I honestly would rather they just act disgusted and be openly bigoted than the weird sort of passive aggressive pseudo enlightened BS.

But they had to give the driver the garage door opener to park the bus by themself because they kept adding more rides at end of day and they don't get back to the garage until 8:30pm. The dispatch staff is gone at 8 sharp.

I want to do terrible things on their behalf, but I need the bus too.

It's frustrating to watch my Jewish friends — ex-friends now — defending and justifying the Christian behavior from Israel like that my family suffered from Christianity.

It shatters the qualities that drove me to their presence in the first place.

I am a descendant of a genocide by Christians, and I agreed with it. Genocide is fundamental to Christianity as an institution, as much as its veneration of child abuse and sexual violence. Indeed, to many, those are its core.

Seeing true Christian behavior from Israel is sad but not shocking.

I'll admit to loving the Bantam of late.

I should like the Burst, but it lacks the good aesthetic aspects of the Minmatar hulls I find visually appealing — it's visually disjointed — so I've been flying Bantams as my ISK war small gang support of choice lately.
