And don't get me wrong cp2077 is a fun game, but the world is entirely fake, the main storyline is eh, choices just paltry. The side missions is honestly where cp2077 is the best, just ignore the plot and you have better time.

Give KCD 1/2 a go then, as I think it will be extremely up your alley, as it's everything CP2077 was supposed to be, and more, just in 14th/15th century bohemia.

Big rich open world, story you shape as you go - not just the roll-on at the end, and oh so much "lore" both consequential and not.

I actually beta tested the game, then played it on full release, and again like a year ago, though this was quick playthrough to see the changes.

Compare it to KCD which has all the richness and actual freedom to go with it for example.

I mean, I did read the whole world through, and the main story line I found extremely hollow and uninteresting. Notably also you had almost no impact on the story, the background choices were entirely fake, and while there was lots of fluff, very little of it was material.
