I don't want them to think anyone is visiting their website. You're probably right, the charities that do visits also do phone calls in areas with fewer volunteers etc, but anyone hoping to make money out of it would... not prioritise visits.

Not all the way along, mine touch except for an air gap in the middle for w. f and v are with teeth touching the lower lip, unlike mh and bh in Irish which are slightly different. I think Hindi also has the aspirated b sound.

This need is filled by charities in the UK and Ireland -- it's companionship that's not family or healthcare that's the need it fills, though presumably it's most desperately needed by people without family visiting.
