Also youngest of 4. Mum (a teacher) used to call the roll, me last, even if I was the only offspring there. Prob due to sheer fatigue (4 kids, job, care of aged parents). Even in much later years, when impacted by dementia, she’d remember my name … as long as it was preceded by my 3 brothers’.
