@cnn.com Instead of shows like “My Happy Place” showing celebrities flaunting their wealth by going to exotic locations (not all) how about producing shows that highlight seniors, disabled, & other people that struggle to just get by, let alone take an expensive vacation. @nickvalencia.bsky.social

That’s the republican plan; divide us until we feel alone. Keep us separated until we lay down and accept their actions as normal. Become so defeated that we roll over and give up fighting for the rights of every person on US soil. Our democracy is at risk and we cannot quit. #CourageIsContagious

I have not watched a movie in a theater since September 19, 2009 because every time I do something terrible happens to me. Likes seriously awful. I might take the risk and go for this movie. It looks fantastic.

I guess it’s good to know that the next Democratic president can ship Trump and his cabinet off to a Central American prison without a trial and we won’t ever have to worry about them coming back.

As I was browsing through the thrift store this morning I heard a little, “hello” behind me and it was the sweetest little girl (around 3 yrs old). She saw my purse had a cat on it and told me she how much she loved kitties. Her mom told me her name was Lily and I told her I have a cat named Lili.

I have never seen anything like this in NYC. 5th Ave covered from 42nd St well to the 20s. Nobody prepared for this volume. Volunteers are holding the traffic on all the side streets. No police in sight. #handsoff
