I love this little room so much, it’s so cozy 😭💜 it’s also too small and I’ll replace it with a medium room (and then put everything in again and add more plants because PLANTS), but for a first try at Verdani‘s room - a character that has been with me since 2008 - this is already pretty good.

Whenever I hear a complaint online that it’s so hard to read old recipes I think of my own Stollen recipe. It includes a ton of substitutions, and no directions for making the sugar-butter-topping or how to shape it, because I know what to do… so why write it down. 😅

Triss didn’t want to go our usual route, so we ended up exploring a new one. (First image is her leaning against the leash.) Ended up walking for nearly 2 hours instead of 45 minutes and sent my partner my location in the middle of it bc I wasn’t sure if I’d find a way back… but we did! 😌

So tempted to get the 25th anniversary editions of Nana. I adore this manga so much, and it shaped me more than I care to admit - but I do own the whole series already. The spines are bleached and the pages are yellowed, the German translation is a little cringe, but hey. First editions. :)

Brushing this dog feels like a Sisyphean task, especially when she has a play date the morning after I brushed her for an hour. Her buddy used her as a chew toy. :D
