Surely there's options between all out war with the federal government and "play nice out there!"

I am not saying that ICE should target these places, but rather underscoring the political nature of these operations—they are about terrorizing places that Trump and company view as hostile to them and their fascist worldviews.

like, I'm not sure "take the peaceful high road!" and "just hang in there while assholes gas your neighbors' toddlers!" is tenable as any sort of long term strategy? At some point there needs to be actual, physical protection of the public?
