So I stop myself getting into a relationship with someone when they show that that is the personality they have and go after guys who seem confident and secure in themselves. Which I think is a good thing. I hope.

I realised I was dating guys who I thought were amazing, but who didn't see it. I mistook insecurity for emotional vulnerability. That just ended up hurting me because either they would spiral and actually hurt me or gain confidence and decide I wasn't worthy anymore
