Whereas having a smaller range of social opportunities can make you feel dependent and at the mercy of a few people. Which can feel very unnerving and anxiety inducing and you end up fearing being excluded

Feeling like you have a really great network of a range of people who you enjoy spending time with and who you know enjoy spending time with you and deep friendships feels very reassuring. You don't feel like you're missing out so much when you feel fulfilled

Feeling like you're missing out or been excluded or forgotten about is really tough.

One thing that can help with this is checking in with yourself to see how socially fulfilled and secure you're feeling in general.
