Why is the week after finals and graduation always jam packed with meetings and projects? I’m trying to get pumped about an upcoming vacation and I’m wiped out by the end of the day.

Old house things to know: check your really old double hung windows to make sure the top is closed. Nearly two years in this house and realized most of the top windows had slowly dropped. No telling how long they were open. 🤦🏻♂️

Important economics reminder for all: these tariffs are a tax on US companies paid to the US gov’t. Companies have bottom lines. They’re not going to lose that much margin, especially with shareholders, employees, etc. So that tariff cost is passed onto us: the consumer. Things get more expensive.
