A rookie mistake really. Everyone knows you wrap a tea towel around your head first. Not only can you entertain your (28 year-old) sister by pretending to be in the Foreign Legion while drying up, but it also acts as leverage should the saucepan become stuck.

Thankfully I still have the air purifier from the early 2020 fires.

Though it's really disturbing seeing the Spectator clique deciding that criticism of Kier Starmer is the real reason that The Left want to ban Twitter, rather than the child abuse images, while ignoring the fact that it should still be banned for the child abuse images even if that was the case.

Hard to guage the sincerity but I suppose it's possible some of these people are able to separate personal morality from their public, political positions. Though I'm assuming a bunch of semi-anonymous forum users are less tactically concerned about optics than a Spiked columnist.
