I know that Yahya Sinwars body at least was brought back to Israel for verification at the very least. Mo I dont "know" for sure but BOTH bodies will remain extremely valuable bargaining chips for Israel years into the future. Not to forget, hamas is holding Hadar Goldin's body for 11 years now....

UNBELIEVABLE: In a post about Palestinian prisoners held by Israel, Greta Thunberg included a photo of hostage Evyatar David from a propaganda video published by Hamas.

Their evidence of Israel’s crimes is literally footage of the crimes committed against us.

Syria is a state.
Besides, Division 102 of the Australian Criminal Code Act 1995 sets out range of offences re terror organisations, including membership, recruiting 4 such an organisation, or providing support. These offences are part of the broader Part 5.3 of the Criminal Code.
