My ongoing advice to every candidate in my new political party: Be yourself. Ignore the consultants & just fucking be authentic. When asked a question, just fucking answer it. Say what u believe. Don’t worry if the answer doesn’t poll well. Be who u are. Say what u believe. It’s really fucking easy.

Voters should pick their representatives, not the other way around. Glad to get the chance to talk to some of the volunteers and organizers doing the hard work to make sure Prop 50 passes. This vote will have critical implications, not just for California, but for our entire country.

What will it take to FINALLY get Congress to act? Trump needs to be impeached for dereliction of his oath of office or removed via the 25th Ammendment. Not sure we’ll make it until the midterms!
