The chart contrasts what Republicans “CAN AFFORD” versus what they “CAN’T AFFORD.” Can afford: $40B bailout for Argentina, Trump’s golden ballroom, Qatar jet upgrades, National Guard takeover. Can’t afford: Health care for Americans, children’s cancer research, SNAP/WIC benefits, and special education programs.
