Oh my God yes. In Pittsburgh there's a wedding tradition of a cookie table. You gotta freeze all the leftover cookies. Hell, they're usually made in advance and frozen until the wedding day because it's so many cookies.
Also try eating gobs right out of the freezer it's so good.
