Like most statements coming from Trump supporters, this is simply not true. Trump received less than half of the votes in 2024 and has been losing support since the election.

I believe you are mistaken about the numbers. Not even half - and likely considerably few - actually support this. The third of us who are vocal must inspire the silent to speak.

I’m not clear why, but it seems, overall, Trump wants fewer people to file tax returns. There is this, the reduction in employees to conduct audits, and other actions as well.
