The Federal courthouse should be open to everyone. They should simply say dress your best. Especially for a middle school that houses so many kids from all walks of life. Not everyone has a shirt and tie and women should not be expected to wear skirts.

I will tell you from personal experience, I have appeared at attorneys benches multiple times, despite the fact that I am not one to argue in federal court. I quit wearing skirts and high heels years ago because they are uncomfortable.
