5. Having to deal with Ticketmaster has the potential to ruin any night out.

6. Booing is awful, a blight on our game, and we need to get rid of it.

4. Princes Park is not the right venue for a grand final. It's hard to get to (and a shuttle bus to a station which has trains every 30 minutes, doesn't really help), not equipped for the crowd (toilet and food queues were stupidly long), and technologically inadequate (screens, scoreboard etc).

3. It may have been sold out, but it wasn't full. There were empty seats scattered around everywhere, and some parts were visibly empty. The AFL needs to look at this; ticketed seating is one solution but there are others if they care to look (I know, they don't care)

2. Letting the crowd onto the ground for the presentation was a terrific idea; it was worth it for the visual of everyone streaming out of the stands and heading for the stage.

Now for the not so good:

I also like the bit where they say the comp should not be about equalisation and bringing the Roos back to the pack; we need to lift the pack up so they're half as good.

My dad has just pointed out that snow peas are traditionally a winter crop. Whatever! They grow all year round in Melbourne, and I'm proud of how well these ones are going.
