Circular argument. If you don't let Canadians run shows, of course there won't be qualified showrunners. In video games it's "we can't hire senior women devs because there aren't enough senior women devs." Well, promote some.

I mean, I haven't used my Dremel in years, but what if I needed to drill a tiny hole in a double-paned window to let the moisture out? Can't do that with a regular power drill.
