She's probably the best chance at having a realistic progressive choice for 2028 tbh, she could still run for senate in 2030 if that didn't work out

That would be pretty close to a reverse 2010

The center is always conveniently to the right of wherever democrats are

That would be the case for any democrat, I think the overall environment matters more than anything else, so if Trump becomes even more unpopular and it's a very blue environment I don't think it'll make that much of a difference
December 9, 2025 at 12:16 AM
I'm not sure that's true tbh, 2028 could end up being kinda like 2008 where almost any democrat can probably win

The cheritable interpretation ig is that Maine is a lot more winnable than Texas, so there's a lot less risk

AOC is probably the best chance to stop Newsom though, that's the problem. Not wanting AOC to run for president is reckless if you don't want Newsom to be the nominee, I really don't want that either which is why I want AOC to run

The idea that any pathology must come from outside rather than regular old homegrown evil—as though there were no cancer or heart disease, as though all illness were infection—is what allows homegrown evil to spread. It is in fact that homegrown evil’s means of transmission, as we see.

Then you should be ready to vote for Newsom then

The people who say that will stop believing it as soon as they meet an anti zionist jew

no one else is even close, It’s too premature to fully rule out her running
November 23, 2025 at 4:29 PM
I don’t think that’s true, the polls consistently show her as the only viable progressive choice right now, any other candidate would have a much harder time and would be a huge long shot. As things stand currently she’s by far the best option

"provided another person steps up to fill that role" that seems like the opposite of your claim

2010 was nearly R+7
