After WW1 my gran collected a number of cap badges from various returning uncles which she gave me as a kid. She lost her favourite uncle,my grandads brother,and always wanted to visit his grave in France. She never did.She always regretted that and it used to bother her as she'd promised she would.

Now I have. Seriously imo don't let events you have no control of dominate or drag you down.My mother always says..2 kinds of worry , those you can do something about so do something. Then there are those you can do nothing about so stop fretting.

A few hours spent making apple juice. Also preparing cider and some cider vinegar. 5 dumpy bags from our tree. In fact more apples than we can cope with in our mates small scale production line 😀
