THREAD: Reform are as happy as can be.

Why?

Because Labour have chosen to fight them on their preferred battlefield - immigration - rather than on Brexit, something that would be very awkward for Reform to defend given the prevailing negative mood in the country about our decision to leave the EU.

I really dislike the people who were once strong supporters of Remain, but who now try to convince themselves and others that Brexit's OK - indeed inevitable - because the alternative is to admit that Labour are screwing up badly.

It's the tribalism that gets to me.

The fact that the Department of Justice has not, and will never, launch an investigation into this massive national security breach tells you all you need to know about this lawless and profoundly corrupt Administration.

This is what should be on every front page right now. What's happening in the US right now is an illegal power grab by a private citizen. IT'S A COUP.

It's a digital coup. It's Musk who's leading it. The consequences are terrifying. And it's coming for us next.

IT IS A COUP
This is what should be on every front page in 150 point banner headlines. All I have is this Substack but I lay it beneath your feet and pray to a higher power that I'm wrong.

Terribly worrying, actually. There seems to be a tidal wave of journalistic destruction and it is very intentional and malicious.

So here’s the update. The billionaire owner of the Guardian preparing to get rid of a core part of the news org + 100 journalists.
If you’re a Guardian or Observer reader, please share this. The need for a strong, free & independent press couldn’t be greater. Yet, here it is.

Remember the 12 Russian GRU operatives Mueller indicted in 2018? Trump wanted to hand over American financier and political activist Bill Browder (who exposed Russian corruption) to Vladimir Putin. But Congress stopped him! This is the kind of man Trump is! Never forget

A word on the Allison Pearson free speech row, and what she describes as a ‘Kafkaesque’ threat to it. We asked her on @thenewsagents.bsky.social to discuss.
She said: ‘No. And if you get any aspect of the story wrong my lawyers will be watching.’
Gotta love a free speech warrior 🤷🏻‍♂️

A reminder that he bought his 312-acre farm in 2012 for £4.25million in HIS OWN WORDS so that he:
