thank you! i love hearing from people that found EZM. zine making is simply the best. it’s such a pleasant and tangible thing to do. imo it’s incredibly grounding. hope you enjoy it, if you try it!
thank you for the kind words 🙏💕

its worries me that devs just have to tolerate abuse, knowing that it’s even allowed. it creates a hostile unsafe environment. it sends a message that this is ok, even low key supported. it can’t lead to anything good.
i knew it was bad. i didn’t think it was this blatant. it’s hard to process.

it takes no effort to respect the community guidelines or do the right thing or have even a shred of integrity.
kinda reminding me of how it was like begging for the article to come down too… it’s all “just because”. there are always excuses.

what i find so upsetting from hearing stories like what you just shared is the obvious pattern that’s developing and… it’s so disheartening to think THIS is the storefront that the entire industry uses for desktop… this is who they are. its a hard pill to swallow because nobody can stand up to that.

thanks for helping by taking the time to do that. appreciate it.

i did push back. it’s in their own rules of conduct that this isn’t ok…
the fact that getting them to keep their own rules takes so much effort… asking people to help report, arguing with support… is mind boggling.
it says a lot, and other stories from devs that went through this sound awful.

Also in their own rules of conduct it is forbidden to abuse any players, developers etc. in their reviews.

So whoever is assisting you here is working directly against Steam's own rules.
