It was a mistake to ever let people who work in higher education learn how to make QR codes. It's a plague. Once someone learns how to do it, no amount of explaining the difference in how people interact with physical vs digital media will stop them from putting a QR code in an email without a link.

I've been experiencing concerning pain, so I tried to get an appt with primary care. They give me an appt unless I do a covid test first.
Insurance only covers tests ordered by a provider, but I apparently can't see my provider without a negative test.

All I've been doing lately is watching Star Trek and playing chess - two things I didn't do in my youth. Makes me regret going through all the trouble of being a nerd when I was young when I didn't even partake in the most fun nerd activities.
