Hadn't watched Intertwined until a month or two ago, when a bunch of us Sims Machinima people did a watchalong. I barely had context and I still enjoyed the hell out of it. And! No spoilers, but I got to do a really fun bit as an extra in the finale, so that was also super fun. :p Can't wait!
