well that's a damn relief. my white blood cell count is normal!
first CBC was elevated. then had another to try ruling out possibly having the cold virus (with no symptoms beyond cold sores); was still elevated but had dropped slightly.
now i don't need to worry about seeing a haematologist! 😭

i really wish it didn't take so long for me to mentally recover after going from a low mood to it then going way up after things were sorted.
like that happened yesterday. i should be fine after having slept and taken my morning meds, etc.

well. not very often a doctor admits they're wrong, but the one i'm seeing for adhd/autism stuff read the questionnaire wrong that he had me fill out for ASD, and called me after i had left to tell me so, and is giving me the official autism diagnosis now.

here's hoping this blueberry compote doesn't trigger my dumb fruit allergy, since i've never had compote and don't know if that's safe or not.
especially since it's blueberry and so far.. most of the other "berries" have triggered it, so idk if that one will do it too 😭😭😭

been busy so haven't been able to get my spinal x-rays sorted yet but... this morning one particular spot of my spine was sore at the same time my hands/arms were going numb.
now that it's not sore, everything is fine. gonna have to keep that in mind whenever i can get that done and mention it...

whoo. pelvic ultrasound results confirmed to be an improvement.
COULD just be the PCOS waning cause it can do that (hence "syndrome"), but it's still *much* better than my last ultrasound.
gonna keep going with the inositol supplement when i'm able and see how long term this improvement can be...
