The law only matters if it is enforced.
It's really hard to see at this point how this can happen if the actual law matters at all.
There has been so much conduct that would give grounds for due process violation that a judge could throw out the case.

After 11:00hrs, the EFRS responded to a water rescue near 10AVE NW. Exact location is not currently known. Upon arriving on scene, rescue crews reported a lone dog in the water clinging to an ice shelf. Minutes later, crews had successfully rescued the dog from the water. #yeg
