There should be no reduction in the Ukrainian forces, a country that has been invaded needs to be able to defend itself!!
The US plan is to ensure peace by making sure Ukraine cannot defend itself when we attack it again.

Trump's "new" peace plan for Ukraine is just the same 2022 Russian demands of giving up territory and disarming Ukraine so that Ukraine will easier to attack and conquer as soon as Russia is ready to resume the war. Trump continues to work for Putin.
