Sharing today's statement from The National Allotment Society

Please don't, it's a clickbait article, see today's statement from The National Allotment Society. The only facts in the article are a regurgitation of stats from a parliamentary Q&A a few weeks ago.

A factual statement from The National Allotment Society re the utter nonsense a broadsheet posted over the weekend.
Also, as per my post on Saturday: the only factual basis the article contains is a regurgitation of stats from a Parliamentary Q&A a few weeks back.

Today I'm visiting @nationaltrust.org.uk Crook Hall Durham, on a Garden Media Guild tour. Amazing planting, flowers etc BUT what all us #AllotmentLife folk REALLY want to see is the Composting area right?

I prefer an obelisk as I can sow all seeds into one large pot in autumn then in spring just whack the whole thing into the ground, pop the obelisk on top and then pretty much walk away.

Like many of you, I've been to a Seed Swap & Potato Day recently, this one in North Tyneside, fantastic community event, lots of locally saved seeds being swapped in a roon rammed with excited people helping our planet's biological biodiversity one step at a time. Small Actions Count 💪🌻🐸🍅🥦🍓🦔🌿🐝
