A new ReSA & RDA PRO4RS WG report: "Identifying Gaps in Research Software Policy” (doi.org/10.5281/zeno...) defines a common framework for research software policy & identifies areas where policies are lacking. It concludes that there is no single solution that covers all necessary policy aspects.
