Dreamed that I woke up to a Facebook comment from my ex-girlfriend saying she and my ex-fiance would somehow stop me finishing my counselling degree. Then I dreamed I woke up again, using my iPhone 3, tied to my horse (!) and absolutely freezing. #bipolardream #nightmare #degreestress

Waste of an evening. Course was full of breathwork and trainspotting and mindfulness. Then had IBS attack. Ooof.

A periodic reminder that if you can't afford a book the library does buy books, and sometimes we even buy hundreds of copies of one book. Checking out books from your local library supports authors, which means they get paid and can write more great books!
