like no offense to the receptionists but you clearly dont know the answer to my question. i need a real answer to simple questions that will take a few seconds. and actual appointments are like a month out. why does it have to be so frustrating

i need to know if my doctor will fill my prescription from my previous doctor "just have your pharmacy fax it to us" okay well the last time you told me to do that with a different medication he did not fill it. and this one is more important. so you can understand my concern.
