I just went up on my meds (sertraline and bupropion) and it’s been helping me with increased PMDD symptoms! Take care of yourselves, folks 👍
Gentle reminder: if your mental health is under strain please consider speaking to your doc about starting meds or increasing dosage.

I’ve been noticing some NSFW audio creators, both writers and VAs, actively using AI-generated images to promote their work. I mostly see it on Instagram where AI tends to be more accepted, and based on the images I don’t think it’s an accident.
