Roommate does seem to not be hitting a-fib, per Kardia 6L, Fitbit, increased beta blocker dose, but they need to chase enough prescription for ttip

Hasn't been arsed to get the snow tires out of where they hid them to be able to put them on.
Earliest part delivery from this place in London, Ontario for the supporting stuff behind bumper is December 1st

Highway across city isn't really feasible, let alone driving to Sudbury for holidays (but that depends on these intermittent fevers dissipating)
I know some of the supporting parts are broken, but don't know which ones.

First it was "I gave you $2000 and that's enough"
Then "okay, here a bit more"
Then "can't pay you back, saving for HVAC"
Then "have to pay down HVAC in case anything happens to car"
Then they happened to car 🙃

I definitely didn't eat the whole package of ravioli, but it will be in fridge for other meals, already cooked)

Fourth was spinach and ricotta ravioli (also Costco)
Fifth might do a tortilla with zaatar hummus, sliced turkey meat, maybe feta, and sliced up dill pickles
Or might do carrot cake. Or might do both.

First meal was cottage cheese with pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, frozen raspberries, dark chocolate broken into bits
Second meal was butternut squash soup I got at Costco, with buttered bread roommate made.

50% power, two minutes, stir, 50% power two minute again. ⅓ oats to ⅔ water. Or ½ apple juice ½ water.
I use a microwave splatter cover thing, off for second burst for less runny.
Narrower bowls boil over faster than wider ones

One of the cultural recommendations this morning:
a retirement / assisted living facility that has a lot of veterans
Algorithms can be useful, but can't recognize Remembrance Day increases visitors AND inappropriate to recommend to random tourists

Normally, I have to drive 1-2 hours out of city for barely visible.
I joked "who'd testing nukes in ionosphere?"

Confusing thing for me is that I had to look in southern sky, which isn't normally where I have seen it.
My phone didn't wanna get good photos, but I did manage to video partner on Signal to show them

I was shocked at being able to see it in Ottawa while driving on highway with highway lampposts lit up -- usually when I have seen Northern Lights here, I've had to drive out of city an hour to where there is much less ambient light

But, something involving a kidney is my guess.
Also wow, their electrolytes were absolutely wrecked when I brought them in with the minor stroke last August

Watching the monitor numbers go all over the place as roommate talks. It's not emotional or upset, maybe effort of speaking, might be cognitive load.

Looked up and there are towels stuffed in air vent above roommate bed.
Looked up again and realized there is blood splatter.
Um.
It's dry at least?
(Fairly sure it is blood, not fecal matter. Really hope it isn't fecal matter)

They're on their laptop, hooked up to monitor, and in normal sinus rhythm, because of course they are 🤦 (a few PVCs once in a while)
