These fucks plan to sue the City of Dallas if law enforcement doesn't get homeless people off the streets - to sue if the city doesn't use the law to punish people with nowhere to go and nowhere to sleep. The names of the guys in charge of their org are Pete Marocco & millionaire Monty Bennett.
