Comparable approach to elections: left-wing candidate loses, it's their fault, too radical. "Centrist" loses, it's the left's fault, didn't support them.

The reactionary centrist logic is simple: if the left does something bad it’s the left’s fault, and if the right does something bad, it’s also the left’s fault for making them do it. It’s a simple formula and once you see it every one of their arguments is the same

So everyone’s clear: if your premise is that one party wins elections by demonizing and dehumanizing a group of people, the lesson is that we are insufficiently countering their efforts to dehumanize, not that bigotry/crimes against humanity are retroactively justified by election results. Thanks.

I can understand social security cards being made of recycled pocket lint and blue food dye byproducts because you only bring them out a few times a year for your day job’s I-9 Form and your side hustle’s I-9 Form and to cosign for your cousin’s insurance. But this one, I was told to keep with me.
