GT is a tough space and I think despite advances with capsid engineering, systemic delivery for CNS is a hard challenge. Direct brain/CSF is a better bet for many reasons.

Hardest race of my life. Finished strong with other inspiring runners. 8.5 hours of 🏃🏽‍♀️ 70-82F /94% H/2500 ft elevation. 25 x 100 mg salt intake to reverse two bouts of leg cramps. So much time alone in these beautiful woods avoiding rabbit holes of weakness..

Never thought Id lose a Saturday to an UltraM.The entry/exit from woods in Ultras is such a primal attraction even if the last stretch is a pain cave. So much was mental (not giving up) and calmly managing challenge (salt, cramps, roots/rocks) 50K Carlisle Fall Classic Done! 1/n
