These “officers” must face legal consequences.

Keep in mind there’s a record of their abuses and Trump won’t be president forever. In fact every ICE officer ought to be in fear of future legal jeopardy if they abuse their powers.

Wait… what I understood him to say was that yes, they are fascists, but fascism is not here or we would not be able to call them out. Tom has labeled them as having fascist beliefs and are now autocrats pushing for more.
His dividing line, as I understand, is that we can push back and must do so.
