Still, it's heartening to look at the Bureau of Reclamation data on Yakima Valley reservoirs and compare them to where they were almost a year ago.

This is water that will nourish and feed us if we use it wisely. Don't just blow it on one crop cycle! Save it for future droughts.

This is all kind of dancing around the real issue which is that testing environments are not good analogues to how students will apply their content knowledge. Writing code by hand is nothing like actual software engineering!

If your test were accurately assessing content knowledge, it wouldn't matter how much time students had: the distribution of scores would be the same if they sat in that testing room for 24 hr
