I don't know who that person is, but blocking you is a bit extreme on their part, especially if they weren't following you. A simple unfollow is enough with social media.

I agree. People tend to think abusers don’t really know what they’re doing or want to give them the benefit of the doubt.
While some of them might not be immensely strategic, they’re incredibly aware of their actions, behaviors, and the impact thereof.
