Excited to share the flipbook edition of my new book, THE MORAL MARKET. I challenge the familiar free markets caricature of ADAM SMITH and proposes a more humane, decent, and trustworthy approach to capitalism - one rooted in fairness, dignity, and shared purpose. FEEDBACK APPRECIATED!
The Moral Market - draft 13
The Moral Market reintroduces Adam Smith as a pragmatic and deeply moral philosopher, not the ideological champion of laissez-faire economics he is often caricatured as. Drawing on Smith’s ideas of ju...

It would be one thing having a "debate" on immigration if people meant they wanted a "debate" based on facts. But what most people seem to mean when they say they want a debate is that is they want us to pretend a bunch of entirely made up bullshit is true.

Speaking of voices under attack…can we be just as loud about Black journalists and comedians who are silenced, even by our so-called liberal outlets.

Call this shit out immediately and shut it the fuck down. Show them that we don't operate on the US/UK rules where you can say any old bollocks without consequences.
It's the only thing that will stop them getting a foothold.
Speaking in the Dáil yesterday evening, during a private members' motion on special education school places, Independent TD Danny Healy Rae questioned whether autism is linked to a lack of vitamins.

The comments from Healy Rae have also been criticised as “unhelpful” and “misinformed” by the autism charity AsIAm.

To explain:
1. OpenAI has to convert to a for profit by end of year or SoftBank cuts their funding in half, effectively reducing their next check size from $20bn+ to $700m
2. Microsoft/oAI's negotiations are holding it up, oAI wants a bunch of concessions, MSFT doesn't care, owns their IP anyway
Oh what's that? The thing I've been warning people about for months? That OpenAI and Microsoft are nowhere on negotiations? That thing? WHAT'S THAT????
