Everybody needs to understand that it doesn’t take much to throw an outfit like this together.
Military & police surplus stores provide a lot of that.

Mine started at age 9. I didn't get dx until age 19 (I'm 44 now). My bipolar 1 is really severe. All parents made mistakes, but my parents always tried to get me mental health help as a teen. It just breaks my heart seeing kids not get the meds they need that could bring so much relief & stability.
