When your hands are so dry they hurt but it seems like there's no lotion that really helps. The best I can do is this stuff at night, when I use anything during the day I just end up washing it off when I'm washing my hands again a few minutes later. Contamination #OCD is hell.

I hate it when parents don't allow #bipolar children to have medication for their bipolar. One thing I can say for my parents, they always tried to get me help for my mental health issues. I just had really shitty doctors as a teen and didn't get my correct diagnosis until I was older, at 19.
