The RSPB did have a group called the Starlings Network, but I can't particularly find anything about it online 🫤.

As for the LGBT groups, I should probably know more about this as I live right next to Brighton, but I've never really looked into it tbh, (I mostly go to wildlifey youth groups, which happen to be good for LGBT people).
