Not to mention it really makes it look like you genuinely have no control over the situation and adds fuels to the fire for those insurrection mongers. Tell this administration we ARE peaceful and this chaos is THEIRS ALONE. Blame THEM. Protect us in every way possible.

Like I get it. Escalating with the National Guard would be disastrous, but talk to us like you actually see what is happening out there. Stop begging people to keep being peaceful when they already are, as if this administration will magically grow a conscious. This comes across as victim blaming.
