Parties change their priorities over time. Don’t like the priorities? Work to change them. But Duverger’s math is inescapable and far more reliably predictive than your (still somewhat predictive) purpose of institutions statement.

Yeah Moss landing was really user error and not a result of the tech. Unlikely to be replicated. Vistra allegedly stacked batteries vertically in an old building, which is NOT how to build a normal BESS facility.

Honestly the old school yellow Outlook circa like 2012 was the peak. You could organize your emails by clicking on the column header, just like an excel document. Wanna see all emails from someone? Just click on them and voila. Every Outlook release since then has gotten worse.
